A Mediterranean Vacation in Your Neighborhood

22 March 2017

As the sister restaurant to Hammocks Trading Company, Under The Cork Tree has created a similarly superb reputation for itself. The restaurant is known for Mediterranean food and specialities like crispy sweet and spicy lamb ribs, lemony fried artichokes and beautifully crafted salads. Now that spring has sprung, their wrap-around patio is a great place for dining al fresco. Read below for the recipe to their signature blood orange cocktail (a Brazilian Blood Sour) and learn more about owner, Jason Sheetz. Under The Cork Tree will also be a participating restaurant at Food That Rocks Saturday, May 6th- come taste their food under the big tents in Hammond Park! Tickets here: http://bit.ly/2gYrvGV
