1/2 ounce Boomsma Cloosterbitter
1/2 ounce Aperitivo Cocchi Americano
4 drops 18.21 Japanese chili and lime bitters
All shaken with ice then poured. Add a cherry for garnish.
Brent Hesse, an Atlanta native, has been in hospitality for almost 10 years. Working in multiple arenas of the industry from fast casual to fine dining, he has played a key role in Atlanta based hospitality brands that have developed into multi-unit outlets.
Gaining experience along the way at every available position for entry level onwards. Brent quickly moved to a position of leadership in the popular Tin Lizzy’s concept- opening multiple locations for the company, firmly establishing his role in management and operations.
Transitioning into craft beverage, he took a position under Julian Goglia, of The Mercury & Pinewood. It was there he refined his technique and began his latest journey into the ever growing craft movement in the Atlanta market. He now presides over the bar at 1Kept in Peachtree Hills.
Brent likes to keep his drinks fun,unique, and approachable. Engaging his guests at the bar and driving their experience he says, is one of his favorite parts of the industry.
