We’re thrilled The White Bull will be at Taste of Atlanta this weekend! Decatur Square’s newest restaurant addition creates dishes that are as visually appealing as they are delicious. Chef/Owner Pat Pascarella purchased The White Bull’s space a little over a year ago and has seen the restaurant rise in the ranks to one of Atlanta’s best. His dishes are Italian-inspired but uniquely his style. From homemade pasta dishes like tortelli, with goat cheese, saffron, hot honey and tomatoes to creative crudos like scallop crudo with leche de tigre, shallots, dulse and popcorn- Chef Pat’s culinary range is vast and ever-changing.
Come to Taste of Atlanta this weekend and taste The White Bull as they serve Carne cruda with yogurt, salmoriglio, capers and raisins on Saturday. Then, come back Sunday to watch Chef Pat Pascarella will whip up his brunch best while sharing egg-stordinary secrets about the most ordered brunch items while Emory Dietitian Beth Boyett debunks egg myths on The Chef’s Table stage at 1:45pm.
