The most colorful menu in Sandy Springs may likely be Kale Me Crazy’s. From smoothies to salads, juice shots to grain bowls, every fruit, vegetable and delicious ingredient has a place on the menu. There’s even healthy items that are disguised with savory flavors. 1) Poke Bowl. Wild caught tuna dressed in our house marinade, avocado, cucumber, carrots, edamame, radish, toasted sesame seeds, spicy vegan mayonnaise, and furikake served on a bed of jasmine rice. Furikake = Asian seasoning with sesame seeds, chopped seaweed, sugar and salt.
2) Cold Pressed Juices. Featured below (in order) Fire Fighter (carrot, apple, celery, ginger, cayenne), Kale Yeah (kale, spinach, cucumber, apple, lemon), The Glow (pineapple, grapefruit, turmeric) and Beet Up (beet, apple, lemon, ginger).
3) Kale Salad. Kale, cabbage, quinoa, serrano peppers, scallion, mint, cilantro, dried cranberries, carrots, crushed peanuts, hemp seeds and peanut dressing.
4) Deluxe Acai Bowl. Organic Acai and coconut milk, topped with banana, granola, chia seeds, hemp seeds, goji berries, sliced almonds,blueberries, and raw honey.
