New to Taste of Atlanta: Food Districts

We’ve added something extra special to our festival this year – food districts! There will be several themed areas spread out throughout the main festival on Saturday, October 19th and Sunday, October 20th. These new themed areas include Brunch All Day, Buford Highway, Tailgating and the ATL Skypoint Layover Lounge. Below we break each area down for you!

BRUNCH ALL DAY

If you know, you know. Who doesn’t love brunch?! We sure do! This area will feature a few of our Atlanta brunch favorites!

The Little Farm House: Fried Croissants, Brisket Biscuits & Parm Fries

Simons: Salmon Croquette, Grits and Peaches & Cream Muffins

Waffle House: Classic Waffle & Pecan Waffle

BUFORD HIGHWAY

We all know that Buford Highway is Atlanta’s most diverse culinary corridor and we couldn’t be happier to have a few of our favorites at this year’s festival! The BuHi district is brought to you by We Love BuHi!

The BuHi food district will include:

Yi Fang Taiwan Fruit Tea: Assorted Teas

Northern China Eatery: Pork & Chive Dumplings, Shanghai Soup Dumplings and Carrot Dumplings

TAILGATING 

Catch the day’s games and pair with the ultimate game day foods from Shake Shack, Taco Mac, Three Dollar Cafe and City BBQ! Sit back, relax and enjoy activations from the Atlanta Falcons and 92.9 The Game. And don’t worry about missing any games because they will be playing on the jumbotron as well as on a big screen TV from BMW!

 ATL SKYPOINTE LAYOVER LOUNGE

This year, Hartsfield Jackson Airport will have a presence at Taste of Atlanta via a themed tent coined ” ATL Skypointe Layover Lounge; Refresh, Relax, Recharge & Reward!” ATL Skypointe is the concessions marketing program “shop, dine and explore” for restaurants and retail inside the Atlanta Airport!

The ATL Skypoint Layover Lounge will offer attendees:

• Refuel: Bites from airport restaurants; Chicken + Beer, T.G.I. Friday’s and Chophouse Brewery.
• Relax:  Complimentary mini massages provided by the airport retail location; XpresSpa.
• Refresh: At the airport lounge Club ATL.
• Recharge: Complimentary cell phone chargers, also provided by Club ATL.
• Reward : Register with ATL Rewards for an opportunity to win a prize on site at Taste of Atlanta and be entered to win a free trip to the Caribbean or Mexico with airfare included!

The Airport lounge elements also include:
